Accept payments online with Razorpay
Link your bank account through Razorpay to accept UPI, cards, and netbanking and receive payouts.
What you need
- A bank account in the name of your organization or yourself.
- PAN, and GSTIN if you have one.
- Your organization's registration document, or your Aadhaar and PAN if you are an individual organizer.
Link your account
Go to Settings › Payouts and choose Link bank account. ArenOS opens Razorpay's onboarding. Enter the details, upload the documents, and return. Test payments work immediately; live payouts start once Razorpay activates the account, usually within a working day.
What players see
At checkout players pick UPI, card, netbanking, wallet, or EMI. UPI shows a QR code on desktop and opens their UPI app on the phone. Everything is in rupees.
Fees
ArenOS charges a platform fee per payment: 3% on Free, 2.5% on Plus, 2% on Pro, and 1% on Max. Razorpay charges its own gateway fee (UPI is free for many transactions, cards about 2%). You can pass the gateway fee to players from Settings › Payouts.
Payouts
Razorpay settles to your bank on its standard cycle. The Payouts page lists every settlement with the payments it contains, and you can export it for your accountant.
Refunds and disputes
Refund from the registration, membership, order, or booking. Chargebacks on cards are rare with UPI-first checkout; when one happens Razorpay emails you and ArenOS shows it on the payment.
Testing
Until you link an account, ArenOS runs in test mode: payments succeed instantly with a mock receipt so you can try every flow.
