Getting started with Bookings

Create a booking page

Go to Dashboard › Bookings › New. Choose whether availability repeats weekly (turf hours, weekly coaching) or uses specific dates (a clinic, a trial day), set the slot length, capacity per slot, and price. Then open the Slots tab.

Resources

Add each turf, court, lane, or coach as a resource. Each resource can have its own hours and price. Players pick the resource and time.

Availability

For weekly availability, tick the days and set hours per day. Add closures for holidays. For specific dates, add each date and its time slots. Capacity per slot lets a group session hold 10 while a private lesson holds 1.

Priority

Open bookings to members only or registered players only for the first days, then to everyone. Set how far ahead people can book.

Payment and cancellation

Charge per participant, per slot, or nothing. Choose whether players can cancel and how late. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Reminders and check-in

Players get a confirmation and a reminder before the slot on WhatsApp and email. Check them in from Dashboard › Check-in and review attendance later.

Cancel one date

Open the booking page, find the date, and choose Cancel this date. Everyone booked is told and refunded automatically if you choose.
