Terms of service

1. Who we are

ArenOS ("we", "us") provides software for sports organizers ("Organizers") to run schedules, registrations, memberships, bookings, waivers, websites, and messaging, and for players ("Players") to take part. These terms apply to everyone who uses arenos.in, the ArenOS apps, and the API (the "Service").

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. You are responsible for keeping that number or email secure. You must be 18 or older to create an Organizer account. Players under 18 may use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent, which the Organizer collects through a waiver.

3. Organizers and Players

Organizers run their own programmes. ArenOS is not a party to the relationship between an Organizer and its Players. Organizers are responsible for their content, prices, refund rules, venues, safety, and compliance with local law. Players agree to the Organizer's rules and waivers when they register.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its terms. ArenOS deducts a platform fee per transaction as shown on the Pricing page, and Razorpay deducts its gateway fee. Organizers receive settlements to their linked bank account. Refunds are issued by the Organizer; ArenOS refunds its platform fee on full refunds made within 7 days. ArenOS plan charges are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it.

6. Content and data

You own what you upload. You give us the licence needed to host and display it for the Service. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and, for Organizers, the Data Processing Addendum.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Plan limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries at sporting events.

9. Termination

You can delete your account or organization at any time from Settings. We keep payment records as required by law. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: legal@arenosai.com.
