Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: mobile number or email, name, and the one-time codes we send you.
• Organizer data: organization details, bank and tax identifiers you give Razorpay, staff, and everything you publish.
• Player data: registrations, answers to Organizer questions, waivers, payments, bookings, and messages.
• Usage: device, browser, IP address, and pages used, for security and to improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run the Service, process payments, send receipts and reminders, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with law. Organizers see the data of their own Players. We never sell personal information.

Where it lives

Data is stored in India with our hosting and database providers. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Messages are delivered by MSG91 (SMS and WhatsApp) and Resend (email).

How long we keep it

For as long as your account or your Organizer's programme needs it, then deleted or anonymised. Payment records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can access, correct, and delete your data, and withdraw consent. Do this from Profile, or write to privacy@arenosai.com. For data an Organizer collected about you, contact the Organizer; we help them respond.

Children

Players under 18 take part with a parent or guardian's consent collected by the Organizer. We do not knowingly collect data from children without it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie. No advertising cookies.
