Acceptable use policy

This policy describes what you may not do on ArenOS. It is part of the Terms of service.

You may not use ArenOS to

• Break the law, or help anyone else to.
• Collect payments for anything other than genuine sports, fitness, and community programmes, merchandise, and sponsorships. No gambling, betting, lotteries, or fantasy-sports stakes.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against players, staff, or anyone else.
• Post content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or that infringes someone's copyright or trademark.
• Collect more personal data than your programme needs, or use player data for anything other than running your programme.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages. Announcements go only to people who registered, subscribed, or booked with you.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or share API tokens.
• Impersonate ArenOS, another organizer, or a governing body.

Sports-for-good and non-profit pricing

Discounted plans are for organizations that qualify. Misrepresenting your status is a breach of this policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that break this policy, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse to abuse@arenosai.com.
