Pricing questions
What is the payment fee?
ArenOS charges a small platform fee on each online payment you collect: 3% on Free, 2.5% on Plus, 2% on Pro, 1% on Max. Razorpay's gateway fee (typically 0% on UPI for small amounts, about 2% on cards) is separate and can be passed on to players at checkout.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new organization gets 14 days of Pro free. When the trial ends you drop to Free automatically unless you pick a plan.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings › Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period, then continue on Free.
Is GST included?
Prices exclude GST. Enter your GSTIN in Settings and every invoice carries it.
How do I get the non-profit discount?
Tell us about your organization from Settings › Billing. Approval usually takes a day.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Included on Max. On Plus and Pro it is an add-on at ₹2,999 per year, which covers the certificate and hosting. Set it up from your dashboard after upgrading.
