Getting started with Sponsorships

Set up your sponsorship program

Go to Settings › Sponsorship program. Write a short pitch, then add packages such as Title Sponsor, Gold, Silver, and Ground Banner with a price, what is included, and how many are available.

Sell packages

Your sponsorship page lives on your ArenOS website and has its own link and QR code. A sponsor picks a package, uploads a logo and website link, and pays by UPI, card, or netbanking. Receipts start with SP-.

Approve logos

New sponsors appear under Sponsors as pending. Approve the logo and it shows on your website immediately, on every schedule page, and on registration receipts if you choose. Reject it with a note and the sponsor can upload another.

Invoices and offline sponsors

Add a sponsor manually if they pay by bank transfer, and mark the package paid. Download an invoice with your GSTIN for their accounts team.

Display

Sponsors are grouped by tier on your site. Reorder them, set a start and end date, and hide expired ones automatically.
