Registration, Memberships, and Bookings FAQ

Choose the right setup for signups, recurring dues, and reservable times.

Which one should I use?

  • Registration for a one-time signup with a one-time or instalment payment: a league season, a tournament, a camp.
  • Membership for recurring dues that renew automatically: club fees, academy monthly fees, gym-style passes.
  • Booking for time slots with capacity: turf hours, coaching sessions, trials.

You can combine them. Members can get priority or lower prices on registrations and bookings.

Can players pay in instalments?

Yes. Add a deposit price with the number of instalments and the schedule. ArenOS collects the rest automatically and reminds players before each charge.

What payment methods do players get?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and EMI on eligible cards, all through Razorpay. International cards work if your Razorpay account has them enabled.

When does money reach my bank?

Razorpay settles to your linked account on its standard schedule, usually two working days after the payment. Every payout is listed in Settings › Payouts.

Can I pass the gateway fee to players?

Yes. Turn on Pass on gateway fee in Settings › Payouts. The platform fee is always deducted from the payment.

How do refunds work?

Open the registration, membership, or booking and choose Refund, full or partial. The money returns to the original method within a few working days. The platform fee is refunded on full refunds within 7 days.

Can I register someone myself?

Yes. Use Add registration in the list and choose paid offline, free, or send a pay link.

Can players register a team?

Yes. Team registration pages let a captain register, pay the team entry, and invite players to join the roster.

Do I need a GST number?

No. If you have one, add it in Settings so receipts show it.
