Getting started with Registration
Accept registrations, UPI payments, discounts, questions, and waivers.
Create a registration page
Go to Dashboard › Registrations › New. Give it a name (for example "Winter League 2026"), pick the sport and the type (league, tournament, camp, class, event, club, pickup, or training), and set a first price. You land on the editor.
Prices
Add as many price options as you need: team entry, per player, early bird with an end date, sibling or member prices, and a deposit with instalments. Prices are in rupees; ArenOS stores paise so there are no rounding surprises. Mark a price as members only to restrict it to active members.
Questions
Ask anything: jersey size, emergency contact, date of birth, photo, or a file upload. Questions can be per registration, per player, or per team, and any of them can be required. Global questions in Settings apply to every registration and membership.
Coupons and discounts
Create coupon codes in Settings › Coupons with a percentage or fixed amount, a usage cap, and an expiry. Turn on Allow coupons on the registration page.
Waivers
Attach one or more waivers from the Waivers tab. Players sign at checkout and the signature is stored with the registration.
Capacity, waitlist, and dates
Set a capacity for the whole page or per price. When it fills, players join a waitlist and you can promote them. Choose an open date and a close date.
Publish and share
Registration pages start as drafts. Publish to open them, then Share for the link, QR code, WhatsApp share text, and embed code. The page also appears on your ArenOS website and in Discover unless you hide it.
Payments
Players pay with UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, or EMI through Razorpay. Money settles to the bank account you linked in Settings › Payouts. Every payment gets a receipt number starting with R-. You can also record offline payments (cash, bank transfer) so reports stay complete.
Manage registrations
The Registrations list shows every entry with status, amount, and answers. Filter, search, export to CSV or Excel, refund, move a player to a team, or check them in. Team captains can invite players to join their roster.
