Publishing FAQ

Quick answers about statuses, share links, and QR codes.

What do the statuses mean?

  • Draft: only you and your staff can see it.
  • Published: live on its public link, your website, and Discover (unless hidden).
  • Closed: visible but no longer accepting registrations, subscriptions, or bookings.
  • Archived: hidden everywhere; data is kept. Archived schedules do not count toward your live schedule limit.

How do I get the link?

Open the item and choose Share. You get the public link, a QR code you can download, WhatsApp share text, and embed code for another website.

Can I hide something from the homepage but keep the link working?

Yes. Under the item's Manage tab, choose Hide from homepage. You can also hide it from search and Discover.

Can I change the link?

The link is built from the name and a short ID. Renaming updates the words; the old link keeps working. On Plus and above you can set a custom homepage link.

Why does my schedule say "limit reached"?

Your plan allows a number of live schedules (1 on Free). Archive an old schedule or upgrade.

How do I duplicate a page?

Open the item and choose Duplicate. Prices, questions, and waivers are copied; registrations are not.

Can I embed a schedule on my existing website?

Yes. Copy the embed code from Share and paste it into any page.
