Getting started with Waivers

Create a waiver

Go to Dashboard › Waivers › New. Name it, paste your waiver text or upload a PDF, and choose how players sign: a checkbox, initials, typed name, drawn signature, or a scanned upload.

Options

• Guardian required under an age: parents sign for minors.
• Allow reuse: a player who signed once does not sign again for another activity, until you publish a new version.
• Required at signup: attach it to registrations, memberships, and bookings so nobody completes checkout without signing.

Collect signatures

Attach the waiver on the Waivers tab of any registration, membership, or booking page. Or share the standalone link and QR code for walk-ins and existing members.

Find signed waivers

The Waivers list shows every signature with the player, date, IP address, and version. Filter by activity, search a name, and download individual PDFs or a bulk export on Plus and above.

Reminders

From a registration list, filter Unsigned and send a reminder on WhatsApp or email with the signing link.

Versions

Editing the text creates a new version. Choose whether existing signatures remain valid or everyone must sign again.

Limits

One waiver on Free, 3 on Plus, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Max.
