Sponsor policy
Last updated 11 October 2026 · ArenOS is operated by Style by Vida Private Limited
Some pages that Style by Vida Private Limited runs on ArenOS carry one sponsor. This policy says where, how they are chosen, and what sponsors never get. It is part of the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.
Where sponsors appear
- A sport's events in a city or state, for example "Badminton in Pune".
- A city's leaderboard for one sport.
- Discover, when you search for both a sport and a city.
- One line in your weekly and monthly ArenOS review emails, only if you turn on One sponsor line in ArenOS reviews in your profile. It is off unless you choose it, and it is chosen by your sport and home city.
Each of these shows at most one sponsor, marked Sponsored. Emails from organisers never carry one.
Where they never appear
- An organiser's website, events, checkout, receipts, certificates or messages. Those carry only the organiser's own sponsors.
- Anything a minor sees: sponsors are hidden when the person signed in is under 18, and junior and school boards have none.
How a sponsor is chosen
Only by the page's sport and place. Not by who you are, what you have looked at, or where you have been.
What sponsors get
The number of times their logo was shown and clicked, per day. No names, no contact details, no profiles, no lists.
What sponsors never change
Search results, Discover order, suggestions, leaderboards and Featured events are the same with or without a sponsor.
No tracking
ArenOS loads no advertising scripts, pixels or cookies. Sponsor logos are served by ArenOS, and a click goes through an ArenOS link that counts it before taking you to the sponsor's site.
Brands we don't accept
Betting, fantasy sports, gambling, alcohol, tobacco and vaping. Snacks and sugary drinks are never shown next to youth sport.
