Refund and cancellation policy

There are two kinds of payment on ArenOS: payments to an organizer (registrations, bookings, memberships, store orders, sponsorships) and payments to ArenOS (plans, add-ons, message credits). Different rules apply to each.

1. Payments to an organizer

Organizers run their own programmes and set their own refund and cancellation rules, which are shown before you pay. To ask for a refund or cancel, contact the organizer: their contact details are on their page and on your receipt.

• Refunds are issued by the organizer from their ArenOS dashboard, in full or in part, under their rules.
• If an organizer cancels an event or session, the organizer is responsible for refunding what you paid for it.
• The money goes back to the payment method you used. Razorpay processes it, and it usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days of the refund being issued.
• ArenOS's platform fee is refunded to the organizer on full refunds made within 7 days of the payment.

If an organizer does not respond to a refund request within 7 days, email support@arenosai.com with your receipt number and we will follow it up with them.

2. Payments to ArenOS

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• Message credit packs and add-ons are not refundable once bought. Credit packs stay valid for 12 months.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for a payment that did not go through, email support@arenosai.com within 30 days with the payment ID or receipt number. Once we confirm it, the extra charge is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
