Getting started with Referrals

Two kinds of referrals

• Organizer invite and earn is live now. Share your link from Settings › Billing. A new organizer who signs up through it gets 20% off their first invoice; after they have paid for two months you earn a credit worth 20% of their monthly plan, applied to your next invoice.
• Player referrals let members earn a reward when a friend registers. This is on the roadmap for Phase 5 and the rest of this guide describes how it will work.

Turn on player referrals

Open a registration or membership page and choose Referrals. Pick the reward for the referrer (a fixed amount, a percentage of the friend's payment, or a coupon) and an optional welcome discount for the friend.

How players share

Every registered player gets a personal link and a WhatsApp share button on their receipt and in the ArenOS app. When a friend registers through it, both rewards are applied automatically.

Tracking

The Referrals tab lists every referral with its status: pending until the friend pays, then rewarded. Rewards can be paid out as coupon credit or refunded to the player's payment method.
